Students from the Faculty of Transportation Management, Federal University of Transportation, Daura, Katsina State, undertook a study tour of the Nigerian Institute of Transport Technology (NITT), Zaria, on Monday, July 21, 2025.
The delegation, led by the Director of the University Advancement Unit, Dr. Ahmed Zakaria, comprised several faculty members and students.
As part of the educational visit, they toured key facilities at the Institute, including the Painting Booth, Databank Laboratory, Drone Laboratory, CNG Conversion Laboratory, Driving School, and the e-Library, among others.
Welcoming the group on behalf of the DG/CE was the Registrar, Dr. Maina W.A. Tarfa, accompanied by the Director of the Transport Technology Centre (TTC), Dr. Joshua Odeleye; Director, Library and Information Services Department, Dr. Mrs. Felicia Nwanosike, and the Special Assistant to the Director-General/Chief Executive, Malam Sani Barau, among others.
The visit provided the students with practical exposure to the Institute’s cutting-edge innovations in transportation research and technology.
